You will be responsible for managing the commercialization activities of our company's products, especially Parts, Pieces, and Complete Engineering Solutions, developing sales plans and tactics, and meeting the company's revenue objectives and customer needs.Job DescriptionIn this position, you will report to the Sales Manager. The position will be located in Nova Lima/MG and involves up to 60% national travel to the South, Southeast, and Midwest regions.You will join a dedicated team focused on business development in product commercialization. We work with operational support in the states of Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Espírito Santo, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goiás, and other regions of southern Brazil, covering areas such as crushing, screening, transportation, stacking, and wet processing.We collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Operations, Applications, Engineering, Supply, and Safety areas.ResponsibilitiesManage commercialization activities, including planning, coordinating, and implementing sales tactics for our company's products.Develop sales budgets in conjunction with superiors, estimating needs and making sales and revenue forecasts.Be aware of global customer responsibilities and goals.Interact with company representatives and customers, providing technical and commercial support and promoting new technologies.Prospect new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.Stay up-to-date on market trends, identifying opportunities and ensuring greater market participation.RequirementsDegree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Civil Engineering.
