Marketing Coordinator Position Summary
The role of Marketing Coordinator is to support the efficient execution of client work by managing internal communication and task coordination.
This position involves working closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage. The primary objective of this role is to keep the creative and production teams aligned, helping to translate client goals into actionable internal work.
Main Responsibilities:
* Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with our turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Task Tracking & Teamwork Boards: Ensure accurate and timely updates on task trackers and teamwork spaces.
* Project Quality Control: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.

* Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, and keep everything on track without letting anything fall through the cracks.
* Process-Oriented Thinking: Skilled at building and improving internal workflows to help the team work more efficiently and deliver consistently.
* Communication (Internal): Clear and concise communicator who can translate plans into briefs, give actionable feedback, and keep teams aligned.
* Problem-Solving: Able to troubleshoot delays, resource gaps, or unclear inputs to keep projects moving forward.
* Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and shared docs to track and communicate work.
Reporting Relationship: This role reports to the Senior Account Manager.
Performance Metrics: On-time Task Completion Rate, Internal Team Satisfaction Score, and Error-Free Deliverables.
Work Hours: Our operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST, Monday to Friday.
