Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.RoleThe Category Coordinator is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of category initiatives, ensuring alignment between brand strategy, trade actions, and sales execution. This role oversees the connection between analytical insights, strategic planning, and operational deployment at the point of sale. Expected outcomes include category growth, high-quality execution, efficient governance, and cross-functional alignment.Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesLead the development and execution of category strategies based on market trends, sales performance, share analysis, and ROI of activations.Coordinate the annual and monthly campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals across Marketing, Trade, and Sales.Manage, guide, and support Planning and Execution analysts, ensuring clarity of processes, prioritization, and quality of deliverables.Validate and oversee the development and production of POS materials, ensuring correct deployment and alignment with category priorities.Monitor MPDV grids, stock levels, and logistics flows to secure material availability.Act as the main interface with internal stakeholders such as Channel, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.Track KPIs such as sell-in, sell-out, execution quality, campaign coverage, and ROI, consolidating results and proposing improvements.Prepare executive performance reports summarizing insights, results, and action plans.Key RelationshipsThe role requires strong interaction with internal stakeholders, managing alignment across multiple teams and ensuring accurate translation of strategy into execution.
