Project Management Role:
This position involves supporting production support and enhancement initiatives, leading and coordinating release activities, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.
The successful candidate will prepare project presentations, resource plans, and schedules, gather and document business requirements and functional designs, perform data analysis, and translate findings into actionable insights.
As a Workday Configuration SME, the individual will act as a subject matter expert to support production issues and enhancements, review test cases, support UAT, and maintain a knowledge/response catalog.
Additionally, the role requires working independently on CCB and Studio integrations in the Workday HCM space, including payroll and end-to-end support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Workday Certified (HCM, Compensation, or related module)
* 5+ years' experience in Workday functional, BA, or PM roles
* Strong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge
* Proven experience with production support, enhancement management, and Agile delivery
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Exposure to CCB, Studio integrations, and payroll support
