Accounting Expertise Sought
We are in search of a seasoned accounting professional well-versed in IFRS, US GAAP, and technical accounting matters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Big Four accounting firms, audit, and accounting advisory services, as well as exposure to multiple industries such as manufacturing, infrastructure, SaaS, retail, and professional services.
1. Provide expert technical accounting guidance, encompassing IFRS and US GAAP conversions, financial statement preparation, and complex transaction analysis.
2. Assist in advisory engagements related to financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policy implementations.
3. Support Chief Financial Officers, Controllers, and Finance teams with regulatory compliance, GAAP conversions, and implementation of new accounting standards.
4. Conduct research on technical accounting issues and provide recommendations for best practices.
5. Assist in M&A transactions by supporting purchase accounting, due diligence, and post-merger financial reporting.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and accounting processes.
7. Mentor and guide junior professionals, ensuring quality service delivery and knowledge sharing.
