About the Role
As a senior Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our product roadmap. This involves working closely with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, structured, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage and Coordinate Product Development: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the product development team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
 * Facilitate Planning Meetings: Organize regular planning meetings, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery reviews to keep the team aligned and on track.
 * Translate Product Ideas into Tasks: Work with cross-functional teams to transform product ideas into actionable, development-ready tasks.
 * Draft Feature Briefs and Requirements: Develop clear and concise feature briefs, requirements, and acceptance criteria to ensure that everyone understands what needs to be done.
 * Monitor Progress: Track progress across sprints and proactively identify and resolve delivery issues before they impact the team or customers.
 * Maintain Task Boards: Ensure that task boards are up-to-date and reflect the current status of projects, and that relevant documentation is kept current and clear.
Requirements:
 * Experience in Project Management: 5+ years of experience in project management within a software team.
 * Product Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management within a software team.
 * Closer Working Relationships: Have worked closely with developers and understand the rhythms of SaaS product delivery.
 * Stakeholder Communication: Are comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Strong Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
 * Complex Product Work: Demonstrate the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex product work.
