Nossas expectativasWhat we expectWe are looking for a motivated university student to join our Digital Transformation Experience team as an intern. The selected candidate will support cross-functional projects, assist in structuring and documenting initiatives, and help monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Processes to be executed are in a global scale, that means the professional would develop skills for intercultural communications, support global strategies, interact with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders in order to ensure collaboration and projects achievement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Program Initiatives: assist in the coordination and facilitation of projects involving multiple teams, supporting and helping to track project timelines, roadmaps, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery execution across Digital and Software teams.Reporting and Documentation: Support the creation and organization of project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations, as well as helping to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaboration with your peers: Participate in meetings and follow up on action items and stakeholder alignment.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, standards definitions as well as culture maintenance, working with actionable and relevant actions.Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs and maintain projects visibility.
