This role is ideal for someone who is hungry for success, takes full ownership of the sales process, and collaborates effectively across teams to deliver meaningful solutions to clients.Key Responsibilities:Sales Growth & Client Engagement:Act as an independent sales hunter with a proactive, results-driven mindset, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.Utilize consultative selling techniques to work with your prospects to understand their business needs and determine how to best recommend Wiz A.I. talkbots solutions to improve current business processes through AI;Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive market expansion and achieve revenue targets. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through personal enterprise sales network, active networking, and industry events.Build successful customer relationship/ partnership and success references in Brazil market and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and engage enterprise clients within the Fintech, BFSI, BPO or Government sector.Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that address client needs and showcase our value proposition.Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and close large ticket deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure seamless project execution.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on pipeline progress, risks, and opportunities.Operational Excellence:Maintain administrative rigor by submitting timely sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to ensure transparency and efficiency.Requirements: -Must have previous experience in SaaS / enterprise application software / solution selling / cloud computing -Serviced clients in the Banking / Fintech / Financial Services / Insurance / Telco / Healthcare -Ability to conduct CxO level engagement and secure executive sponsorship for deals -Comfortable working in a high growth environment with fast pace and resourcefulness ; Proven ability to drive end to end sales -Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, with Mandarin speaking is a bonus -BS/IT degree or equivalent preferred
