Creative Visual Strategist
We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Strategist to spearhead growth through emotionally resonant ad creative.
* Translate consumer insights into captivating hooks and storyboards; select music, pacing, and shot lists that convey the message.
* Compose concise briefs for user-generated content creators/editors; source and manage creators.
* Guide editing (cuts, rhythm, captions/overlays when needed) to maximize thumb-stop, CTR, and CVR.
* Launch rapid tests; analyze performance (nCAC, CTR, hold rate, ROAS) and iterate swiftly.
* Repurpose winning assets into statics.
The ideal candidate will own visual creative strategy from concept to brief, edit, test, and scale. They collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers on regular sprints.
Responsibilities:
* Owning visual creative strategy from concept → brief → edit → test → scale.
* Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers on regular sprints.
* Maintain a library of winning references and trend formats.
* Coordinate whitelisting/influencer assets as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of video ads that convert (please share links/reels).
* Strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.
* Comfortable with data: can read a dashboard and decide the next test.
* UGC + short-form paid social experience (Meta required; TikTok/YouTube a plus).
* Clear briefs, fast iterations; low-ego, high-ownership.
A competitive salary based on experience will be offered. We have previously seen success in this role, with one team member generating over 8,000 in bonuses alone.
