We are looking for a committed and experienced professional for the role of Head of Commercial for the Public Sector. If you have experience in the public sector, this could be an ideal opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
Lead the sales team in Rio Grande do Sul regarding performance, results, engagement, and professional development.
Plan and execute actions to grow revenue, market share, and brand authority.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical Consultants to strengthen market presence.
Work with Compliance, Bidding, Contracts, and Legal teams to ensure legal and ethical standards in dealings with public entities.
Support and oversee the sales team’s activities.
Coordinate team engagement and development initiatives, including training, performance evaluation, and team-building.
Manage hiring and training of new sales team members, including final interviews and evaluation methodologies.
Requirements
Experience with municipal public management.
Experience working with government bodies like Secretaries, Prefectures, and City Councils.
Degree in Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
Proactive, communicative, adaptable, a good listener, enthusiastic, and relationship-oriented.
Interest and knowledge in technology and digital transformation.
Availability for frequent travel.

Experience in sales to municipal public management, especially through bidding processes.
Knowledge of procurement processes.
