About the Role:
We are looking for an Email Marketing Strategist/Manager who will own and drive the lifecycle marketing strategy from lead capture to segmentation, nurturing, and re-engagement.
* Develop a roadmap to achieve 5 times list growth within a 12-month timeframe.
* Create high-impact lead magnets (reports, calculators, webinars, playbooks) that cater to diverse audience needs.
* Establish a robust segmentation and personalization framework to tailor messaging, enhance engagement, and drive conversions across all lifecycle stages.
* Oversight of custom welcome journeys and optimization of existing email sequences.
* Design and implement a straightforward lead scoring model based on fit, behaviors, and engagement.
* Curate content tailored to each segment to deliver targeted messaging at every stage of the customer journey.
* Track, analyze, and optimize key metrics, including list growth, engagement rates, MQLs, meetings booked, and revenue generated.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, Content, Design, Sales) to ensure integrated and aligned campaigns.
