Lead Project Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee design projects from concept to delivery, coordinating with clients and team members to ensure timely completion.
Your day-to-day tasks will include expediting processes, managing project logistics, inspections, and ensuring quality control. This role involves detailed planning, organization, and execution to meet client expectations and contribute to the overall success of the studio.
* You will have experience in Project Management, with a strong ability to manage project timelines and resources
* Skills in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely project completion and resource allocation
* Knowledge in Inspection and quality control processes to maintain high standards for deliverables
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities
* Experience in design-related fields is a plus
* Proficiency with relevant project management tools and software

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as a Product Designer, direct experience designing for B.I. or People Analytics platforms, background in designing data-heavy interfaces, complex user journeys, and role-based user permissions. Prior experience working with US-based startups or product teams is also beneficial. Additionally, experience facilitating design workshops, user interviews, or stakeholder alignment sessions is highly valued.
