Role Description
This is a contract role for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP). The HRBP will be responsible for providing strategic human resource support to business units, including talent management, employee relations, and policy implementation. Daily tasks include advising management on human resource issues, facilitating employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The HRBP will also participate in developing and executing HR programs that align with business objectives.
Qualifications
* Experience in talent management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation
* Strong skills in employee engagement initiatives and HR program development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Familiarity with HR regulations and compliance requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
* Prior experience in consulting or educational settings is beneficial
