As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will be working closely with recruitment, business development professionals, and clients to apply your search, technical and functional evaluation, and negotiation selection skills to recruit high-quality technology resources.
This role involves identifying, engaging, and exploring candidates' real motivation and interest, validating their skills and competencies, and presenting quality talents in a timely manner.
You will participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities, for clients in the Technology, Finance, and Corporate sectors.
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases
* Network, research databases, contact, source, collect, screen applications, select, examine, evaluate, and interview candidates
* Prepare a qualified short list of prospective candidates
* Coordinate and notify candidates on requirements for the prospective position, job offers, contracts, terms, and conditions of employment
* Learn and utilize sourcing techniques such as Boolean-equation, job boards, and professional networking site mining
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience, and minimum 3 years of experience in direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates.
Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills are essential, as well as very strong networking and relationship-building skills, fluent English communication skills (verbal and written), and IT knowledge.
A strong background in MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter is also required, as well as working experience with CRM or ATS systems.
