This role requires a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams.
* Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns: media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly, aligned with client objectives.
To achieve this, they will need to:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context
* Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed
* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value
* Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
* Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
* Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketing
