Customer Success Expert
We are looking for a talented Customer Success Expert to deliver exceptional experiences to clients. Key responsibilities include guiding new users through onboarding, documenting technical learnings, creating documentation, and providing technical support.
* Guide new users through onboarding, setup, and best practices.
* Document technical learnings, common patterns, and solutions derived from real customer interactions.
* Transform lessons learned into clear, actionable knowledge for both internal teams and external users.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in developer-facing or technical support roles, a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, and expertise in Python, LLM ecosystems, and cloud infrastructure.
