Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Tech Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent for our cutting-edge tech clients.
As a seasoned recruiter with expertise in high-volume technical recruiting, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through offer. You will leverage best-in-class tools and platforms to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for technical roles (mainly Full Stack Python Developers)
* Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through offer, meeting aggressive hiring targets
* Utilize modern recruiting tech stack, including LinkedIn Recruiter and JuiceBox, to optimize sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement
* Maintain rigorous recruiting metrics, track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates
Requirements
* Excellent English communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Proven experience in high-volume technical recruiting, driving results-oriented strategies and tactics
* Proficiency in using modern recruiting tools, platforms and software, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
* Able to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously, with excellent time management and organization skills
