Monks Community Manager – RemoteMonks is looking for a Community Manager to join our ever‑growing team. In this role, you will set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a fast, organized, highly detail‑oriented, yet flexible go‑getter who identifies new opportunities to create impactful work.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.Work on content calendars – along with the social strategist – and make them come true, including the timely publishing of social media posts.Provide engaging text for social media responses and copies.Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.Work closely with data strategists to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimization opportunities.Develop weekly and monthly reporting (Organic + Sentiment analysis) and competitive analysis.Conduct social listening to identify trends and insights.Work collaboratively with social strategy, account management and creatives to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times.Stay up‑to‑date with digital technology trends and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.Analyze the conversation around the brand daily.Analyze brand performance (analytical skills essential) to drive effective results for client KPIs.Cover brand related events in real‑time.1+ years of experience in Community Management.Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice.Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools and digital reports.Knowledge in managing CMS’s.Experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies.Excellent writing skills.Qualifications1+ years of experience in Community Management.Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice.Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools and digital reports.Knowledge in managing CMS’s.Experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies.Excellent writing skills.Remote Location – Brazil exclusiveThe position is 100% remote, with hiring available for residents anywhere in Brazil (exclusively for this country).About MonksMonks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
