Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Diagnosing and correcting faults, answering technical questions, ensuring systems operate without interruptions.
* Escalating complex problems to other teams, documenting incidents, and assisting in the deployment of new applications.
* Knowledge of Java/Python, PEGA (AI), MongoDB/SQL.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-disciplinary research environment.
