Senior Financial Analyst
Maintain the integrity of financial operations across multiple business units with precision, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and workforce analysis
2. Perform reconciliation and reporting on workforce data
3. Manage departmental expenses, including purchase order approval and tracking
4. Develop and maintain complex financial models (Excel: intermediate to advanced)
5. Publish key performance indicators for informed decision-making
6. Analyze performance trends and drivers
7. Contribute to monthly and quarterly close processes; prepare entries and reconciliations
8. Support global forecasting and budgeting for workforce and operational expenses
9. Conduct variance analysis to ensure expenses are planned and justified
10. Prepare comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders
11. Optimize margin analysis and automate manual reports in Excel and Hyperion
12. Offer general support for ad hoc projects and reporting requests
