Randstad is hiring a Technical Recruiter to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, Brazil. One day of in-person work in the office is required.
Job Title: Recruitment & Selection Analyst – Mid-Level
Responsible for executing the full recruitment and selection cycle for positions at various levels, within the scope and routines established by the RPO program. The goal is to develop the Talent Acquisition area into a structure with well-defined processes and comprehensive R&S intelligence.
* Execute the entire recruitment process, from job alignment with the manager to finalizing the process with the candidate’s accepted offer. → Using control and monitoring methodologies.
* Support the improvement of the client’s R&S strategies. → By presenting new concepts in an innovative way.
* Increase internal client satisfaction. → Through organized and well-planned selection processes.
* Increase candidate satisfaction. → By structuring selection processes with constant communication and feedback.
* Preserve the client’s employer brand. → By ensuring Employer Branding actions and selection processes reflect the company’s values.
* Improve how selection processes are conducted. → By incorporating new technologies.
Minimum requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress – any field)
* At least 2 years of experience, including 1 year in Technical Recruitment at the mid-level
* Nice to have: Spanish
