As we expand our investment activities, we are looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking Web3 & AI Investment Analyst to join our team. This is a fully remote position (Poland-based), offering direct exposure to early-stage deals, market research, and high-impact investment decisions across Web3 and AI.
This role is ideal for someone who lives at the edge of innovation — tracking narratives, identifying asymmetric opportunities, and translating complex trends into actionable investment insights.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Conduct deep-dive research on Web3 and AI sectors, including protocols, startups, and emerging technologies.
* Analyze market trends, narratives, and macro developments across crypto and AI ecosystems.
* Evaluate investment opportunities, including token projects, early-stage startups, and infrastructure plays.
* Build investment theses and present insights to internal stakeholders.
* Monitor portfolio performance and track key metrics across projects.
* Collaborate with internal teams on strategy, deal flow, and market positioning.
* Stay ahead of industry developments, identifying early signals and high-potential opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* 2–4+ years of experience in investment analysis, research, venture capital, or crypto/AI markets.
* Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, tokenomics, and Web3 ecosystems.
* Solid knowledge or strong interest in artificial intelligence and its investment landscape.
* Exceptional analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
* Experience evaluating startups, token models, or market opportunities.
* Ability to think independently and form high-conviction investment views.
* Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
* High level of curiosity, ownership, and performance orientation.
