The company leverages engineering expertise, innovation, and global scale to help accelerate progress toward a cleaner energy future.ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Delivery Manager, oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of products and services, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting customer expectations and quality standards.Drive operational excellence and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams; strengthen customer relationships to support business growth.Manage project delivery risks, including supplier performance, manufacturing deadlines, and resource planning to ensure on‑time execution.Contribute to tendering, sales & operations planning (S&OP), and commercial processes to align projects with business objectives.Oversee cost control, workshop execution, customer communications, and coordination with regional and global teams.Collaborate with sales, commercial operations, supply chain, and engineering teams while maintaining direct engagement with customers across assigned regions.Support bids and tenders by providing technical and commercial input to ensure customer requirements, scope, and costs are fully understood.Monitor financial and operational project targets, analyze performance, and implement improvement plans where needed.Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Drive adherence to HSE standards and Baker Hughes’ quality culture across all project activities.QualificationsHave a Bachelor’s degree (or global equivalent) in engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent large‑industry experience considered.Have proven experience in project management or service delivery within the oil & gas sector, ideally across multiple regions or global operations.Have demonstrated experience delivering complex projects.Have excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and process improvement skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost control.Be able to communicate professionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external vendors worldwide.Be skilled in stakeholder management, with experience engaging customers in different geographies.Have strong written, reporting, and presentation skills.Working with usWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
