Highly Skilled It Infrastructure Specialist - This role involves working with modern infrastructure technologies, collaborating with internal teams and providing expert guidance to optimize IT environments. This position is ideal for proactive, self-driven engineers who enjoy client engagement and thrive in dynamic settings. Key Responsibilities Include: Designing, installing, configuring and supporting systems technologies. Consulting with clients on integrating new technologies. Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions. Managing and resolving client support tickets. Tracking time against project agreements. Reporting on project progress and participating in technical training. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3-4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365. Strong background in Intune and mobile device management. Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions. Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems. Proven ability to develop detailed systems documentation.
