Job Description
Assist structural technicians and specialists in the repair and assembly of aircraft components in accordance with technical data, manuals, and Helibras quality standards.
Responsibilities
Carry out structural parts assembly services, adjust aircraft component fairings, and assemble various options per approved technical data.
Comply with the Maintenance Organization Manual (MOM) and the Quality Control Manual (MCQ) for all workshop services.
Use methods, techniques, and practices established in the latest revision of the manufacturer’s maintenance manual or approved by Helibras.
Assist PL/SR Structural Technicians and Structural Specialists in structural repairs, providing tools, preparing the work area, and returning tools to the tool tent after service.
If not qualified as an aircraft maintenance mechanic (RBAC 65), perform services under the supervision of a qualified mechanic per ANAC regulations.
Submit completed work for supervisor inspection and obtain approval for return to service (APRS).
Perform inspections using non‑destructive testing techniques, if qualified.
Record services per legislation and company forms, ensuring all records are completed before closing the service.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation, collecting debris at the end of the day and ensuring no tools are left on the aircraft.
Provide technical support for innovation projects, maintaining facilities or equipment used in research and development.
Requirements
Complete technical education.
Valid CHT in Cell.
Experience with structural work on metallic materials.
