* Critical and economic thinking oriented towards quick and effective decision-making to improve the profitability of our business.
* Support the team to shift focus from short-term to long-term.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Manager experience in different levels including supervisor of supervisors.
* More than 5 years of experience leading Warehouse or Operations positions previously (management, short- and medium-term view).
* 24/7/365 environment experience.
* Leadership in culture transformation.
* Strong communication skills to motivate people and collaborate with diverse areas across the organization.
* Leadership focused on developing people.
* Advanced/Fluent English
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
