Sales Growth Leader
The goal is to expand the sales of nutraceutical ingredients in LATAM.
• Key accounts across LATAM need to be managed and grown, with senior-level relationships fostered with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
• Territory plans should be developed and executed at a country- and segment-level to capture new business opportunities.
• Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, highlighting their benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
• Technical, regulatory, and marketing teams should be collaborated with to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
• Market trends and competitor activity need to be monitored to identify white space and protect market share.
• Sales targets should be met and exceeded with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
