Contract: Senior AI / Agentic AI Engineer
Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
* Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
* Develop multi-agent workflows and autonomous AI systems
* Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications
* Design and implement vector database solutions
* Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to leverage enterprise data platforms
* Optimise AI applications for performance, scalability, and security
* Support AI governance, monitoring, and operational best practices
Required Skills
* Python
* Experience building Generative AI applications
* Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
* Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
* Prompt engineering
* API integration and application development
* Vector database
* Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
* Git and CI/CD practices
Preferred Skill
* Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar
* Azure OpenAI
* Databricks
* MLflow
* MLOps
* Knowledge graph solutions
* Multi-agent orchestration
* AI observability and evaluation frameworks
Experience
* 4+ years of software engineering or AI engineering experience
* 2+ years working with Generative AI technologies
* Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments
* Experience building production-grade AI applications
Nice to Have
* Experience working with engineering, industrial, energy, manufacturing, or operational technology environment
* Experience processing large volumes of technical documentation and unstructured data
* Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
