Community Outreach Marketing Specialist
This role involves leveraging marketing expertise to connect doctors with underserved communities.
You will work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified doctors to regions in need.
The first phase focuses on attracting quality doctors, while the second phase helps them build their practice and patient base through localized marketing efforts.
* Design and execute localized marketing strategies to attract doctors to these areas
* Create content that highlights regional demand and showcases compelling narratives for purpose-driven physicians
* Collaborate with teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies
* Develop digital paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to increase awareness and trust
* Manage content creation (bios, testimonials, ads, video assets) with a focus on human-centered storytelling
* Establish marketing processes and systems for replicability across regions and healthcare organizations
* Analyze campaign performance based on data: patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition
Requirements:
* 5+ years of marketing experience
* Proficiency in English (primary language serving North American clients)
* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B + B2C experience
* Prioritization of entrepreneurial mindset, passion for healthcare, and community building
* Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on/technical skills with management responsibilities
* Flexibility with working hours
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press / HTML, and analytics platforms
