Job Description
As a seasoned professional in project management, you will oversee the lifecycle of software development projects from conception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
* Collaborate closely with product teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, utilizing Agile methodologies to plan sprints and coordinate team efforts.
* Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering open communication and collaboration.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and quality delivery, while monitoring project progress and performance metrics.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and motivation, promoting a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2 to 5+ years of experience in project management and product management roles, preferably in technology or software development.
* Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools, with excellent English communication skills ranging from intermediate to fluent.
* A college degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
* Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar) and prior experience working in fully remote teams are highly desirable.
