Your Role - Serves as the connection between business units, IT, and external vendors, fostering collaboration across all functional areas within the manufacturing team. - Oversees prioritization of demands, manages the local IT & Digital project portfolio, and drives strategy through roadmaps and heatmaps. - Handles budgeting, forecasting of required resources, and conducts regular service reviews with business and escalation stakeholders. - Leads medium to large projects following company governance and PMO guidelines, ensuring successful technical implementation, resource allocation, and solution quality and security. Who you are - Educational and Professional Background: Holds a degree in IT or related fields (e.g., data science, analytics) with years of experience in large industries, including proven experience as an IT Business Partner.: - Technical and Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT & digital technologies, system integration, web development, analytics, cloud data warehousing, and emerging digital trends. - Project Leadership and Agile Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, multi-site projects in Manufacturing environments using Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strategic and Analytical Capabilities: Skilled in analyzing digital use cases, advising on tech platforms, and driving strategic planning with a value-driven, innovative mindset. - Communication and Change Management Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management, leadership, negotiation, and influence skills; fluent in English.
