Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth through proactive outreach and lead generation.
* Develop high-quality opportunities for our Managing Director by executing outbound activity across multiple channels.
* Cultivate meaningful conversations with hiring leaders at mid-market companies (100–5,000 employees) across the U.S.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of top-of-funnel outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Research and segment leads using industry-standard tools like ZoomInfo and Crelate.
* Conduct 100 –120+ cold calls/day, plus targeted emails and LinkedIn messaging.
* Arrange qualified meetings with decision-makers (typically VPs, Directors, and Founders).
* Monitor activity and pipeline progress through SourceWhale and internal CRM systems.
* Prioritize close collaboration with the Managing Director to ensure meeting quality and ICP alignment.
* Iterate and enhance outreach campaigns based on performance metrics and conversion data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2–5+ years of SDR experience in B2B consulting or staffing/recruiting environments.
* Demonstrated success generating meetings with mid-market U.S. clients.
* Mastery of cold calling and sales engagement tools (SourceWhale, ZoomInfo, etc.).
* Strong understanding of professional services, particularly in technology, product, or executive search.
* Confident, curious, and motivated by the challenge of breaking into new accounts.
* Comfortable with high daily activity targets and KPI-driven accountability.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
