Job Title: Scrum Master
Agile Delivery Teams Seek Experienced Leader.
We are seeking an accomplished Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for e-commerce teams. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery across e-commerce implementation and ongoing support initiatives.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews/demos, retrospectives.
* Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs, refine user stories, and define sprint goals.
* Track sprint health (capacity, velocity, burndown/burnup) and manage scope.
* Identify and remove impediments (dependencies, environments, test data, approvals).
* Ccoordinate cross-team dependencies (e-commerce platforms, integrations, order management systems, payments).
* Promote flow efficiency by limiting WIP and reducing blockers.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:
* Provide clear, timely status reporting (velocity trends, sprint summaries, risks, mitigations).
* Facilitate effective demos to showcase business value and gather early feedback.
* Ensure alignment with organizational governance, security, compliance, accessibility, and change management.
Coaching & Continuous Improvement:
* Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum best practices.
* Facilitate retrospectives with measurable outcomes and follow-through.
* Foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and outcome-driven delivery.
Project Leadership:
* Manage e-commerce projects end-to-end.
* Define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
