This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise to evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit.
This is a freelance, remote position with a per-interview payment structure and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct structured technical interviews online across various technology roles.
* Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.
* Provide fair, unbiased, and detailed assessments of candidate performance.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
* Collaborate with our team to continuously improve interview frameworks.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for experienced software developers, engineers, and technical leads residing in LATAM with expertise in one or more of the following domains:
* Java Developers (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs)
* Python Developers (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Data Engineering, APIs)
* .NET Developers (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Azure)
* C++ Developers (STL, Multithreading, Systems Programming)
* JavaScript / Frontend Developers (React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript)
* Full-Stack Developers (MERN, MEAN, or similar)
Specialized Roles
* MACHINE LEARNING/AI ENGINEERS (NLP, CV, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
* DATA ENGINEERS (Big Data, Spark, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL, Cloud Data Platforms)
* CLOUD ENGINEERS/ARCHITECTS (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform)
* MOBILE DEVELOPERS (Android – Java/Kotlin, iOS – Swift/Objective-C, React Native, Flutter)
* DEVOPS/SRE ENGINEERS (CI/CD, Cloud, Monitoring, Automation)

Basic Qualifications
* Must be based in LATAM.
* 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in your chosen domain.
* Strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns.
* Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
* Ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations.
* Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews.
