ServiceNow Technical Expert
* Highly skilled individual with expertise in ServiceNow configuration and development will be responsible for driving its adoption as the IT ERP platform.
* With hands-on experience and strong technical skills, they will take a lead role in architecting ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams including DSMs, Enterprise Architects, and Process Owners to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes is expected.
* The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of making informed architectural decisions within roadmap constraints while avoiding unnecessary customization or technical debt.
* Strong stakeholder management skills are necessary for effective communication with internal stakeholders such as End Users through Technical Staff up to Architects ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
Requirements:
1. A minimum 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow configurations; prior Administrator certification preferred but not required - although beneficial equivalent knowledge highly valued too!
