The company delivers advanced B2B solutions to licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, hedge funds, and institutional managers. With a robust portfolio of ready-to-use products, they empower their clients to focus on scaling and increasing profitability while minimizing infrastructure overhead. Role Summary Key Responsibilities - Support the General Counsel in designing and maintaining international corporate structures, intercompany agreements, and corporate governance. - Draft and manage SaaS-related legal agreements, including Software Development, License, SLA, and Service Agreements. - Oversee legal aspects of IP ownership, assignments, licensing, registrations, renewals, and IP Box regimes. - Draft and maintain website legal documents: terms of use, public offers, privacy policies, etc. - Respond to client contract edits, prepare revised versions, and support negotiation processes. - Conduct legal research on corporate structuring and IP in relevant jurisdictions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Product) on legal and operational risks. - Maintain legal templates and contract records, ensuring compliance and documentation integrity. Required Qualifications - Master’s degree in Law or International Law. - 3 years of legal experience, ideally within IT, SaaS, or FinTech environments. - Proven track record in corporate structuring and IP legal management. - Fluency in English (C1 minimum); Spanish, Arabic, or Chinese is a plus. - Strong legal drafting skills and deep knowledge of SaaS-related contract structures. - Experience with IP protection strategies and international tax-efficient IP ownership (e.g., IP Box). - Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-border environment. - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM/contract management tools is a plus.
