Video Editor (Content Creator) - The system already exists. The presentations are sharp, the data is differentiated, the marketing engine is producing. What we need is the right person to convert that work into video at the pace our team and audience expects. Requirements- 2 years of experience in video editing, content production, or a similar role, with a portfolio that shows your range; - Strong proficiency in Canva, at least one professional editing suite (Adobe, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci), and Google Slides or PowerPoint; - Genuine fluencywith AI tools for content creation. Not "I''ve tried Claude once," but actually using LLMs and AI media tools every day to ship faster and better; - Comfort workingwith structured content (presentations, reports, data-driven materials) and turning it into something a human actually wants to watch; - Strong written and spoken English proficiency; comfortable working across US time zones with a marketing team that moves quickly; - HubSpot familiarity is a plus; - Experience producing B2B content or content for data-driven organizations is a plus; - Experience creating content across multiple formats including short-form reels, native video, and longer explainer-style content. Responsibilities- Convert internal presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Hex dashboards) into short-form reels and medium-form video content built primarily for as well as website content and prospecting outreach; - Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Descript, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, and others as they emerge) to compress production time without compromising the final output; - Edit and produce in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or your preferred toolset, and ship video that looks like we made it ourselves; - Apply a strong creative eye to typography, pacing, motion, and on-screen data so that every video feels considered, not generic; - Make judgment calls on layout, color, and storytelling rhythm; we trust your taste;- Maintain quality and brand consistency at scale, across a growing volume of weekly assets; - Stay current onwhat is working on and short-form video platforms for B2B audiences and bring those ideas back into the workflow; - Contribute ideas to improve creative quality and production efficiency, not just execute against a brief.
