Overview:
Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead high-priority IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* At least 8 years of experience in IT Project Management in an Agile Scrum environment.
* Hands-on development or coding experience.
* A proven track record of managing technical teams and implementing best practices.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
* Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset.
* PMP certification and CSM.
