Match Growth & Revenue is looking for a Quantitative Analyst to join their newly formed Data Science pod. This role applies insights to identify wins across our portfolio (including Match, OKCupid, and PlentyOfFish), drives business impact through analysis of test results and ecosystem trends, collaborates with Product and Development teams, and conducts quantitative research on how users find love. We work IRL in our Dallas office two days per week.

Responsibilities
* Liaise with individual brands to understand their business models, track ecosystem trends, and identify opportunities across the portfolio
* Conceive and conduct quantitative research to better understand user behavior and inform future initiatives
* Collaborate with Product and Development teams to shepherd projects from ideation to delivery
* Propose and design tests for discounting, merchandising, and pricing, with a focus on cross-brand applicability
* Monitor AB tests, identify opportunities for segmentation and iteration, and model long-term ecosystem and revenue impacts
* Improve consistency and efficiency of internal querying, reporting, and dashboarding processes
Qualifications
* You have 3+ years of experience in a role related to business analytics or product analytics
* You are proficient in SQL (MSSQL and/or Redshift preferred)
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive apps, especially Excel/Sheets
* You are proficient in statistical software such as R or Python
* You have a solid understanding of statistics and modelling techniques
* You have the ability to work collaboratively on a diverse team
* You have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent knowledge) or higher in business, economics, mathematics, quantitative social sciences, statistics, or related field
