Job Title: Digital Asset Specialist
Job Summary: An experienced metadata and taxonomy professional with expertise in managing large-scale digital asset libraries is required. This individual will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to scale structure through governance, training, and collaboration.
About the Role:
* We are seeking a highly skilled professional to enable AI tagging systems, maintain asset integrity, and ensure long-term scalability of the DAM.
* The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of metadata models, taxonomy structures, and controlled vocabularies.
* Experience organizing and managing large volumes of assets in enterprise DAM platforms is essential.
* A strong quality assurance mindset and experience providing human-in-the-loop support alongside AI tagging tools are also required.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and apply consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and tagging standards.
* Implement governance policies and metadata best practices across teams.
* Train and onboard marketers and content owners on how to use and maintain structured DAM systems.
* Familiarity with usage rights, compliance workflows, and content lifecycle management is necessary.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, computational linguistics, or relevant field.
* 3+ years of program or project management experience.
* Experience with training data creation for AI prompt development is preferred.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Able to teach/train content governance and DAM operational policies to teams with varying levels of understanding.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strategic thinking and stakeholder relationship management.
* Involved in the development or implementation of change management.
