The Account Manager will oversee relationships with sellers, ensuring their success and satisfaction on the marketplace platform. This involves managing partnerships, facilitating communication, and providing ongoing support to ensure sellers reach their full potential.
As a Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new sellers, expanding our offerings, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
The Seller Service Expert will provide expert support to sellers, addressing their needs and helping them optimize performance on the platform. Key responsibilities include resolving issues, offering insights, and empowering sellers to achieve their goals.
We seek candidates who possess a strong educational background, preferably a Bachelor's degree or higher. Relevant work experience in marketplaces, sales aptitude, logical thinking, analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. Advanced English or Mandarin language skills are highly valued.
