Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist
Oversight of daily operations, maintenance and optimization of our monitoring platforms is essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. As a Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and availability of Splunk, DynaTrace and NewRelic platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performance monitoring and maintenance of Splunk, DynaTrace and NewRelic platforms.
* Performing routine upgrades, configuration tuning and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
* Triage and resolution of incidents related to monitoring and service tickets.
* Collaboration with application, infrastructure and DevOps teams to integrate monitoring solutions.
* Development of dashboards, alerts and reports to support operational needs.
