Calling all Dev Ops Engineers! We’re looking for an experienced Dev Ops Engineer who wants to do more than just keep the lights on. This is a chance to design, build, and secure production-grade, cloud-native platforms that power real-world impact. About the Role: You’ll be at the heart of our engineering team, scaling infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring reliability across our Azure + Kubernetes environments. Think of it as equal parts builder, problem-solver, and guardian of performance. What You’ll Do: Build and manage Azure infrastructure with Terraform (Ia C) Operate and scale AKS clusters using Git Ops workflows with Argo CD Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines & Git Hub Actions) Strengthen observability with Datadog, Prometheus, and Open Telemetry Manage authentication & RBAC with Zitadel + JWT Troubleshoot distributed Go-based services (g RPC, Redis, Postgre SQL) Automate performance/load testing and harden platform security What We’re Looking For: 3+ years in Dev Ops or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Strong hands-on expertise in Azure + Kubernetes (AKS preferred) Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, Git Ops, Argo CD Solid experience with Docker & Kubernetes orchestration Familiarity with Kafka, Elasticsearch, container security, distributed tracing Strong grasp of observability and inter-service communication Our Tech Stack: Azure | Terraform | Kubernetes (AKS) | Argo CD | Docker | Bitbucket Pipelines | Git Hub Actions | Datadog | Open Telemetry | Redis | Postgre SQL | Kafka | Elasticsearch | Go | Zitadel This is more than a checklist role.
