About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for acquiring new large‑enterprise customers in the Sao Paulo region, building strong executive‑level relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with partner teams to design and negotiate custom solutions that meet client needs and deliver measurable impact.
Key Qualifications
* University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Previous experience in retail, e‑commerce, and/or travel industries (plus). Solid SaaS background.
* Deep knowledge of Martech (Digital Marketing, CX) – a must.
* Strong oral and written communication skills; energetic phone presence and excellent listening skills.
* Self‑motivated, tech‑savvy, and constantly seeks innovative solutions to improve partner relationships.
* Demonstrated ability to manage time and projects; keen eye for detail; passion for testing, measuring, and optimizing outreach.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment and demonstrate high emotional intelligence.
* Enjoy using data and analytics to accelerate business development and share insights with colleagues.
