Job Title: Service Delivery Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to manage the day-to-day operation of our Open Banking SaaS solution.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of the platform, ensuring smooth operation and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operation of the Open Banking SaaS solution.
2. Ensure the smooth operation of the platform through collaboration with development and AWS SMEs.
3. Provide expert knowledge on Open Banking workflows and mentor the broader support team.
4. Participate in application support and resolve customer issues effectively.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 7 years of experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting AWS cloud environments.
* Strong knowledge of FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows.
* Previous experience leading a support team is essential.
* Proven experience in successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications.
* Working experience in ITIL processes, mainly change, release, and incident management.
* Experience dealing with senior customer management is necessary.
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications:
* Open Banking experience is highly desirable.
* Fluency in French language (B2 or above) would be an asset.
