ABM Specialist at BairesDev
In this role, you’ll support BairesDev’s ABM and demand‑generation efforts to fuel commercial growth. You’ll plan and execute campaigns for strategic accounts, working with Sales to support opportunities and expand client relationships. It’s a great position for a marketer who values measurable impact and wants their campaigns to influence revenue.
Responsibilities
Develop integrated ABM and demand‑generation campaigns that target enterprise and tech accounts.
Work with Sales and SDR teams to identify and prioritize target accounts and buyer personas.
Support multi‑channel campaigns across digital, events, and outreach to drive engagement.
Measure campaign performance and optimize tactics to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Ensure alignment between marketing and commercial teams to enable smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience in Account‑Based Marketing or demand generation.
Background in B2B marketing.
Experience with email marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical and campaign management skills.
Fluent English.
