Leading organizations rely on skilled Business Intelligence Developers to drive data-driven decision making. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Power BI Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI dashboards and reports in line with business requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
* Perform data modeling, data transformation, and DAX scripting for complex calculations.
* Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance optimization of Power BI solutions.
* Work with SQL databases, ETL processes, and other data sources to integrate and transform data.
* Maintain data security, governance, and compliance within BI solutions.
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer (3+ years preferred).
* Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
* Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
* Proficiency in SQL and querying large datasets.
* Experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources (Excel, SQL Server, Azure, APIs, etc.).
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of Azure Data services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks) is a plus.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
