This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in business analysis, testing, and implementation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various levels of an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Analysis: Evaluate business problems and identify opportunities for automated solutions. Assist in developing specifications for systems and procedures that meet business requirements.
· Testing and Implementation: Execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing for systems aligned with business needs.
· Data Analysis: Analyze business reporting, systems data, and performance metrics to provide insights to business leaders, supporting informed decision-making.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, systems integration, and technology solutions that address business needs.
Leadership and Expertise:
· Recognized as a subject matter expert in the field, achieved through advanced education and work experience.
· Manage large projects, processes, products, and systems with limited oversight from management.
· Provide coaching, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
· Address IT-related problems that are complex.
Qualifications:
· Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
· Skills in communication, stakeholder management, data analytics, capacity management, business acumen, and IT processes.
· Excellent verbal, analytical, and written communication skills – must be comfortable speaking and writing to both technical and C-level audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification in CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.
