* Experience with production chains management and logistics processes in consumer goods sectors;
* Multidisciplinary teams assemblement.
* Carry out purchasing, transfer and production planning together with Operations and Purchasing, through pre-determined capacity.
* Ensure model and integration of S&OP [Sales and Operation Planning] and S&OE (Sales and Operation Execution) processes.
* Construction and guarantee of internal processes and flows.
* Manage performance indicators.
* Previous experience in planning and leadership positions.
* Degree in Engineering, Administration with extension courses in the area.
* Advanced / fluent English.
* Base: São Paulo/SP.
