We’re hiring a high-caliber Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO of our fast-growing consulting firm. This is a trusted, senior role for someone who thinks ahead, exercises strong judgment, and keeps things moving.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and day-to-day flow
- Prepare the CEO for meetings (briefs, context, agendas, follow-ups)
- Track action items and drive follow-through across internal and external stakeholders
- Draft and manage executive-level communications
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and scheduling with zero friction
- Act as a gatekeeper—prioritizing what matters and protecting focus time
- Support ad-hoc business projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years supporting a senior executive, founder, or CEO
- Excellent organization, communication, and judgment
- Proactive, calm, and reliable under pressure
- Comfortable operating independently and handling sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Why This Role
You’ll operate as the CEO’s right hand with real exposure to strategy, clients, and decision-making. This is not a task-based admin role—it’s about ownership, trust, and impact.
